Our Medical Practice

In 1990, we first opened our family run medical practice 'Tallawong Surgery', originally located in Blacktown, where we had over 30 years of dedicated patients and successful practice. After the COVID-19 pandemic, we made the executive decision to move, rebrand, and rebuild our practice to Norwest Business Park, within the new state-of-the-art, biophilic building, The Bond, conveniently located parallel to Norwest Private Hospital.

Though to improve is to change, we have not changed our core values. At ELEV8 Medical, we prioritize your health and well-being, not just by treating the diagnosis, but how we treat 'you' the person by improving your overall quality of life. Our freshly modernised and equipped medical practice is designed to provide top-tier medical care in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Meet our Founder and Principal Physician, Dr Sergio Martin

BE (Hons) (UNSW); Dip. Illum. Des. (Syd); MBBS (Syd); MPH (UNSW); MHM (UNSW)

Since completing a Bachelor or Medicine /Surgery (MBBS) at Sydney University, and then a Masters of Public Health and Health Management (MHM) at the University of New South Wales, Dr Martin has gained over 35 years of experience in the medical field as a vocationally registered General Practitioner (GP).

After completing residency at Westmead and Lithgow Hospital, and then Mt Druitt Hospital, Dr Martin went on to open his own medical practice in Blacktown, which successfully operated for over 30 years. During Dr Martin's time in Blacktown, he ventured into Aged Care practice where he become, and still remains, a highly respected and sought-out GP. Dr Martin has, and continues, to provide medical care to the elderly residing in nursing homes, such as Unitingcare Mullauna Village, St Hedwig's Village Hostel & Nursing Home, and Henley Manor, just to name a few.

Dr Martin puts his patients healthcare first and always provides care with a smile.

Prior to pursuing medicine, Dr Martin served as a Flying Officer in the Royal Australian Air Force, and then completed a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, with Honours, and a Diploma of Illumination Design, at Sydney University.

In his spare time, Dr Martin enjoys reading historical books from his grand library collection, camping and fishing around Australia, and spending time with his family.
